Message from the CEO
When I was 25 years old, I went to New Zealand alone for a year on a working holiday.
There, the concept of “life” that I had felt in Japan was completely different.
They value their family, friends, hobbies, and nature above all else. They
knew what was most important and happy in life and put it into practice. To
be honest, before I went to New Zealand, I was shocked by my interest in shiny things in front of me.
For example, I wanted to ride something cool even if it was a stretch. I wanted to drink at a stylish bar.
I wanted to become rich and live a rich life. I was made to realize that I was boring for thinking such things.
During my time in New Zealand, I attended school, learned about the ways of thinking of people from all over the world,
worked locally and discovered the true meaning of what work is all about, and discovered a life of experiences that money can never buy.
Japan is a developed country, and people tend to think that if they have money, they can get anything they want.
However, the true meaning of what is important and what makes them happy seems to be obscured in the midst of the abundance of the country.
Through Bro-Sis Co., Ltd., we would like to provide Japan with spiritual wealth, not monetary wealth.
At first, we will provide cars as a means of transportation to realize “fun in daily life”, but in the near future, we will create something beyond that.
For example, we will open a camping facility where you can experience a sense of survival with almost no facilities, and
create a facility that offers activities that adults can enjoy seriously.
On top of that, we will combine B&B, activity facilities, and elderly care facilities, which has been a dream for 15 years, and have
active seniors over 65 years old live comfortably in nature, while taking turns managing the activity facilities during the day, and enjoy self-sufficiency by cultivating fields. Of course, the plan is that all senior residents will be free of charge.
The space where the seniors will live will be a cottage with a toilet, and we also plan to create a dining room, bath, and multi-purpose room.
So that communication can take place within the facility. (However, the standard for accepting seniors here is only active people.)
This will bring smiles to the faces of adults and their children who come with their families, and the seniors who see them will also be full of smiles. I intend to seriously create such a community. Children will be taught the wonder of nature, and that the world
exists with the support of many people. I want them to feel such things in a life that comes into contact with nature.
I want to provide experiences that are built up in the mind through physical experience,
because I think that being there is the most fun.
Finally, Bro-Sis is a coined word that combines the English words Brother and Sister.
In English-speaking countries, people call each other Bro and Sis affectionately.
This expresses a deep relationship like that of siblings.
I believe that no one is superior within the company or to customers, and that
we are all the same human beings and on a level playing field. This
is the company name that expresses this feeling.
I am the representative, but I think of it as a division of labor, not as being superior.
As the representative, I have responsibilities as a company, responsibilities to our business partners, responsibilities to society, and
responsibilities to create and lead the future of the company.
I will fulfill these.
